There was a comment left from my last video not know if they were a partner or not. I was in the same position until I spoke with a higher youtuber... Happy Cabbie and he explained to me the difference. My Channel us currently eligible for the Revenue Sharing Program. So basically, I can earn money from ads on every video I upload. Still, I am not a youtube partner. This is the new program youtube put out to help non partners earn money. If you are getting a lot of view on your videos and channel overall, youtube will send you an email to join the Revenue sharing program by linking your channel to google adsense.
