When is the earliest day of the month that Adsense could issues payments?


The earliest was in Dec 2003 when payment issued was Dec 17 and Dec 9. The Dec 9 was because there was no payment made in November 2003 – the only case of major Adsense delay

In Dec 2004 payment was issued on Dec 16

For 2007 the earliest day payment was issued was the 23rd — for the months of January, May and July
