Easy profitable niches are hard to find. Everyone is searching for them.
The best thing to do is to make a page or blog about something you are very interested in. You are much more likely to stay with it and do what it takes to be successful if you doing what you are interested in. I have helped several friends become successful with adsense. They all started with a subject that they loved. My nephew started with a cystic fibrosis page since his son has cystic fibrosis. Another person has a best of GodTube blog where he puts up the best videos in several categories from GodTube. I have friends with political sites and blogs.
You do not have to have special skills, you just have to be willing to learn and willing to work at it. If you do not know how to build a webpage. You can buy some very nice HTML editors or there are several good free ones. They work like a word processing program and are easy to learn.
